This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through www.trailhub.bike and is issued by Trail Hub Ltd.

 

Shipping Regions

We currently ship within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 


 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

During peak periods, product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment. It does not include delivery time.

 


 

Shipping Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and tracking has been issued.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Remote or rural destinations

  • Service disruptions

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Trail Hub Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

 


 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and any applicable free shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Certain oversized, overweight, or specialty items (such as complete bikes or large components) may require additional shipping charges. If a surcharge applies, we will contact you for approval before shipping. You may cancel your order if you do not wish to proceed.

 


 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

 


 

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

If a shipment is refused at delivery without cause, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

 


 

In-Store Pickup

Customers may select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at:

Government-issued identification and order confirmation may be required at pickup.

Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
