This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through www.trailhub.bike and is issued by Trail Hub Ltd.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery or, for pickup orders, within 30 days of the pickup notification date.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

New and unused

In original packaging

With all tags, manuals, and accessories included

Free of wear, installation marks, odors, dirt, or damage
Trail Hub Ltd. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, the following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as such

Gift cards

Used, installed, mounted, or ridden items

Special order or custom-built items

Safety or hygiene-sensitive items once opened or used, including but not limited to:

Helmets that have been worn or impacted

Base layers or chamois once worn

Nutrition products
-
Sealants, lubricants, or chemical products
How to Initiate a Return

Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Returns must be authorized prior to shipping back.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped or defective on arrival), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Trail Hub Ltd. is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

The return is due to our error

Required by applicable law
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet eligibility standards, we may:

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, model, or product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible) for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
